Meet our incredible team member Stan. A master in Excel systems he's the go-to guru for streamlining our processes and making things efficient. Stan brings fresh ideas to the table and is always looking for ways to improve. A passionate foodie and a proud family man who loves spending time with his family and dog. Hailing from Amsterdam via London via Essex, he's well-travelled and brings a diverse perspective to the table. Driven and sports-loving, he's always up for a challenge and ready to tackle any task with enthusiasm.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Our Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and administration of our residential and commercial properties.

She coordinates maintenance, manages budgets and ensures compliance with regulations while acting as a point of contact between property owners, tenants and service providers.

Possessing excellent organisational and communication skills, she manages lease agreements, coordinates repairs and resolves disputes, ensuring efficient and seamless property operations.

DESIGN | SOCIAL MEDIA

Through effective design and digital media, we can reach potential audiences by standing out from the crowd. Clare joined the team 2 years ago and with over 20 years of experience in design, she ensures properties are presented in strong, clear, informative and eye-catching ways. Engaging new audiences and potential purchasers and customers.

MARKETING | STRATEGY

With effective marketing strategies such as print advertisements, digital platforms and social media we can reach potential buyers and sellers. Su joined the team 2 years ago and with her expertise in market trends, strategies, and target demographics she is superior in presenting properties to the right audience, maximizing the chances of a successful sale or let.
